Research Projects
This section of
the SeafoodNET Web site is devoted to reporting information, results and
conclusions gained by research activities performed by the LSU Dept. of Food
Science seafood technology program. These projects can be funded by federal
and/or state grants, or through industry sources. The focus of this research
program is on seafood safety and quality improvement, including application of
innovative processing technologies.
