Grafting Workshops

Dr. John Pyzner, LSU AgCenter pecan and fruit specialist at the Pecan Research-Extension Station in Shreveport, La., holds several grafting workshops during the spring months. In 2008 workshops were held in Monroe, Alexandria and Shreveport on May 5, 6 and 8. In the grafting workshops, Dr. Pyzner demonstrates a number of grafting techniques and discusses the do's and don'ts of grafting, as well as provides tips to successful grafting.
