Character Chat – Caring

This month, our lesson topic is: “Communicating with Empathy”

“If you see someone without a smile, give them one of yours.” – Dolly Parton

Communication is when you verbally or nonverbally express a message to others. How and what you express in the message is important. A simple equation for communication is “speaker + listener = communication”

Words are very powerful. The way we talk to people and what we say has lasting effects on others.

Kindness Notes:

We have prepared several kindness notes for you to deliver to friends, family members, teachers. You can come by the office, beginning December 7, 2020 to pick up the printed kindness notes.
