- Gamma Sigma Delta Receives National Award at Fall Initiation

2010 Gamma Sigma Delta initiates
Dr. Kenneth Koonce served as guest speaker.
Gamma Sigma Delta received a national award and initiated 27 people at their Fall Initiation on November 30. Dr. Kenneth Koonce, Dean of the College of Agriculture, served as the guest speaker.
The LSU chapter was awarded the Outstanding Chapter Program Achievement Award for the 2009-2010 year. Dr. Cathy Williams, who served as president during the 2009-2010 year, accepted the award on behalf of the LSU chapter. This is the 13th time the LSU chapter has won this award since 1976.
