The Louisiana Agriculture Hall of Distinction is a partnership with the LSU AgCenter, Louisiana Network and the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry as a way to honor the extraordinary contributions of individuals to Louisiana agriculture.

ranching
forestry
aquaculture/fisheries
education
agribusiness
A committee of five individuals representing commodities, agribusiness and agencies throughout the state will review the nominations to select the inductees.
A ceremony recognizing each inductee will be held at White Oak Plantation in Baton Rouge on February 27, 2014.
