Regional Challenge Camp

Are you wondering what is it that a child can do once they can no longer attend 4-H Summer Camp? The answer to that question is Challenge Camp! This overnight camping opportunity is open to 7th and 8th grade 4-H members. During this camp, participants will complete various challenges, enhancing their critical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills.

Challenge Camp 2021

We will be "Having S'More Fun" at this year's Southeast Regional Challenge Camp! Challenge Camp is open to any 7th-8th grade 4-H member interested in working as a team, participating in outdoor adventures, and growing as a person. Events like canoeing/kayaking, a high & low ropes course, hiking trails, etc will be part of this year's activities. Challenge Camp is December 4th at LOOP NOLA- City Park. We are limited to 4 participants and this time. First come, first served. All other interested participants will be placed on a waitlist in the order the registrations are submitted in the event additional spots may become available.

All COVID guidelines will be followed. Provided transportation to and from the event is dependent upon the COVID restriction at that time.

To register:

  • Download the fillable registration form and Day camp health form, complete it, and submit them to the 4-H Office along with the $15.00 deposit.
  • Complete the online waiver for LOOP NOLA.
