All 4-H’ers enrolled in the beef, dairy, sheep, goat, swine, and poultry projects will receive this newsletter periodically. Monthly issues are viewable on this website. These newsletters will include educational and informative material on such topics as nutrition, feeding, health, showmanship, and reproduction in all species.
Be sure to adhere to all deadlines and regulations and follow all instructions in each issue. Also, 4-H livestock information is viewable each month in the 4-H Hotline, which you receive electronically and through your school's 4-H club. By reading the 4-H Hotline and the Barnyard Scoop, you will be kept informed. It is your responsibility to become familiar with all rules that govern the livestock program and to keep yourself informed.
