St. Mary Parish "Zoo-to-Boo" Family Fun Day will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2015, at the Morgan City Chamber of Commerce and will have games and activity booths, free Halloween bags with goodies, concessions and sweet treats.
St. Mary Parish 4-H will be hosting a Commodity Cookery Contest on November 7, 2015 in the St. Mary Parish 4-H office. Contest categories include eggs, beef, seafood, sugar, poultry, rice and sweet potatoes.
Scheduled for Wednesday, October 24th at the Patterson Civic Center, this year’s summit re-addresses an issue that continues to plague us – “Bullying”! This year, we plan to take a new look at an old problem. Topics include – Bullying and Nutrition, Bullying and Social Networking, Bullying and physical fitness, and Bullying and family communication
The 2012 St. Mary Parish 4-H Harvest Cookery Contest will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2012, in the Parish 4-H office, which is located on the 3rd floor of the Franklin Courthouse. Categories are: Poultry, Eggs, Beef, Seafood and Sugar.
Information and rules rules for the contest, scheduled for Oct. 15, 2011. Winners will be eligible to compete in the District Area Cookery Contest in spring 2012.
