St. Mary 4-H Club Enrollment Cards for 2011-2012

4-H is the largest youth organization in the United States! Louisiana has more than 85,000 4-H members in more than 1,700 clubs. 4-H is open to any parish youth 9-20 years of age in the current school year and up to the 12th grade in school.

There are 31 organized 4-H clubs in St. Mary Parish in elementary, junior high and senior high schools. We even have a club for those who go to a school that does not have an organized 4-H club or those who are home schooled. If you are interested in joining 4-H, contact the 4-H leader at your school and fill out an enrollment form for St. Mary Parish 4-H  Clubs.  Pick up a card from the 4-H Leader at your school, or use the form below to register.

If you are unable to download and print the form, please contact us at 337-828-4100, extension 300 and a card will be mailed to you.
