This is one of the many 4-H camping opportunities offered through the Louisiana 4-H program. 4-H members (8th – 12th graders) are invited to apply to be selected to attend the annual State 4-H Cooperative Enterprise Teen Leadership Conference, also known as Co-op Camp. Members sharpen their leadership, marketing, and money and management skills as they compete with their teams to build and manage their own cooperative business. At the conference, Educational Award Trip and cash prizes are presented to the top youth business leaders.

When: Friday, March 29, 2019 – Sunday, March 31, 2019
Where: Grant Walker Educational Center located at 3000 Highway 8, Pollock, LA 71467
4-H members will be responsible for their own means of transportation to the conference.
Basic Cost: $30.00
(Youth may have additional costs in meals while in travel as well as fees associated with providing your own transportation. There is an option to discuss financial need on the application.)
Application Deadline – January 25, 2019: Please submit your application and necessary forms along with your deposit to the St. Charles Parish LSU AgCenter (4-H) Office as stated on the application. The following will be due by the specified deadline:

Absentee Policy: Since this 4-H educational opportunity will be held during the school day, your child will need to complete a “Request for Excused Absences Travel for Educational Purposes Application Packet” from the school principal and have the principal approve the trip before attending the event.
