Recipe for Broccoli Chicken Frittata featured on KARD TV-14's Louisiana Living segment, Farm to Table, May 1, 2018. Demonstrated by Markaye Russell, Area Nutrition Agent, LSU AgCenter.
1 cup light sour cream
½ cup light mayonnaise
1 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup chopped tomatoes
½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
¼ cup chopped green onions
In a bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, cheese, tomatoes, bacon and green onions. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with crackers.
Yields: 6 servings
