Pecan Pie Bars
1 cup light brown sugar
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 cup pecans, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 cup butter, softened
Preheat oven 350 degrees F. Grease 9 x 9 pan. In medium bowl stir together brown sugar, flour and pecans. In another bowl mix beaten eggs and butter until smooth. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Pour batter into pan. Bake about 20 minutes or until done.
