Description: Break Up with Salt is a program to help adults at risk or with Hypertension/High Blood Pressure learn about managing their condition through goal setting, diet, label reading, portion control, and cooking.

Description: This is a 9-week lifestyle weight control program that teaches healthy eating using the ChooseMyPlate food groups and proper portion sizes. Regular physical activity and focus on a healthy weight are keys to success.


Stay Independent (A Healthy Aging Nutrition Series)

Date: 4 sessions – attend 1 or all: Fridays -- September 2nd, September 16th, September 30th, and October 7th from Noon-1 P.M.

Description: During this series, participants will learn the health benefits of eating well and how to strengthen their muscles to stay independent for life. Come out and same healthy, tasty, and low-cost food and trade tips with peers!
